Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due upon submission of registration information. If paying by check, payment must be received not later than Sunday, November 9, 2025. If you need to cancel your registration, notification via email to kfeldman@nextwavegroup.net with a copy to rharker@nextwavegroup.net is required by November 12, 2025. A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed on cancellations received by November 12, 2025. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows after November 14, 2025.
